Haadoob’s limited boom-bap 7-inch is out!

Haadoob’s debut 7″ vinyl is here, featuring rap attack vocals from Chicago’s Psalm One and eMC / Masta Ace associate Wordsworth out of Brooklyn, NY!

The A-Side of this 7″ release (in conjunction with Black Pearl Records) drops an upbeat message on being in your own gang… “Gang is Me” is a 90s tongue-in-cheek, boom-bap note to self about self-love and the power of collaboration. The lyrics were written by heavyweight spitter Psalm One (Rapper Chicks / Nacrobats / Rhymesayers) who has been an independent artists for around  20 years and had a huge success with her album “Flight Of The Wig” in 2019 (featured as Bandcamp Album Of The Day (daily.bandcamp.com/album-of-the-day/psalm-one-flight-of-the-wig-review). The B-Side comes with conscious rhymes delivered by Brooklyn-based Wordsworth who made memorable contributions to many Rawkus releases as well as having featured on tracks with Masta Ace, A Tribe Called Quest, Black Star, J-Live and many more).

Check the limited edition vinyl via the Black Pearl bandcamp page for two timeless boom-bap cuts on a woke, conscious hip-hop tip. Stay tuned for more…
